Build your life on a solid rock. The rock is Jesus and the word of God.
Mark 13:31 …Heaven and Earth shall pass away but my word will last forever…
Hold on to your promises and be obedient to the word of God.
Where are you laying your foundation? On a solid rock or sand?
Appreciate what the Lord has done for you and show unto the Lord your appreciation and give testimony to encourage your brothers and sister who are their hard times that it will all be over and that the Lord is going to give them everlasting joy and pleasure in Jesus name, AMEN!!!
SUNDAY IV…25TH SEPTEMBER
STAND FIRM IN YOUR FAITH

You observe that things are working against you, stand firm in ur
Isaiah 7:8 & 9…all plans against you shall not even stand then prevail, just stand firm and believe God. Remember you are serving a God who has promised to fight for you and that you need to stand firm… Exodus 14:14
God sometimes allow some things to happen because He knows His plans for you. Look at what was done to Joseph! God allowed all that suffering to happen; Joseph stood firm and at the end was exalted to be the King.
Daniel 4:28 …look at Nebuchadnezzar; he exalted himself and was turn to animal.
James 1:25 … there is a perfect law that set man free and whoever abide by it will be safe in the Lord. Receiving Jesus and believing the word of God is the LAW
Stand firm no matter what; at His own time, it will completely be over in Jesus name so that you may be established firm in the Lord AMEN!!!

GOD CAN CHANGE IT THROUGH YOU!!!

THREE THINGS IN THE TITLE / THEME
- God knew you before choosing you (Jeremiah 1:5)
- God called you for a purpose (Jeremiah 1:5b)
- You need the power to break the grounds of the enemies
I. God called Abraham because he was not in good shape or position.
Jeremiah said: the Lord even knew me in the womb of my mother.
God knows you that is why He has called you; He loves you.
Do not ignore the call of the Lord. Focus your mind on God and no matter what He will bless you.
II. He has a purpose for your call and the purpose is for you to establish His church.
If you are a Christian, remember God called you to establish His church; thus find something doing in the church to save lost souls.
Access yourself that through your Christianity people are being repented and saved.
Our singing, drumming, preaching, ushering, etc can change and redeem people therefore let it be so. Read II Kings 2:15 & 19 about Elijah.
III. You need the power to break the grounds of the enemies. When you read II Kings 2:15, you will find out that the power of Elijah rested on Elisha.
God is a God of continuity and progressive not retrogressive. They were discouraging Elisha that his father has no hope in him and therefore should not rely on him.
Elisha said: “if I do not watch and access myself, these people will discourage me. I will focus on God for my father.
God will bless you and others through you. Time past, these people came to bow before Elisha to help their land and city. My brother my sister, God will bless you. He has called you by your name. Read II Kings 2:19 – 22.
If a blind person can notice a gutter and turn back, why can’t you Christian turn back when you are going wrong or backsliding?
God has chosen you for a purpose and He will bless you in Jesus name, AMEN!!!
SUNDAY III…21ST AUGUST
ABUNDANT LIFE
The thief does not come but to steal, to kill and destroy but I have come so that you may have life and have it abundantly…says John 10:10 the main text.
Joel 2:26 and III John 1:2 are the other supporting texts.
Abundant means Overflowing, more than enough, etc
Abundant life means having everlasting life, having life to the max and enjoying more.
If you have abundant life, you do not even budget for things before you buy them (meaning: you don’t beg for things or beg before you eat). You do things in different positive way.
III John 1:2 says Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.
According to Genesis, in the garden of Eden God
In Genesis 1:31 , And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. But the devil is always opposing to all the good things that the Lord wants to give you. He came to steal, kill and destroy.
But Joel 2:26 says: And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. Whiles God is striving to give you the best and in abundant, you must also commit all yourself and praise Him. That is why Jesus came so that you may have the best of life and have it to the max (abundant).
“He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?” (Romans 8:32)
To receive eternal or everlasting life:
- Believe that God wants you to enjoy and live well.
- Believe that God wants you to prosper and feel good.
Give and it shall be given unto you a good measure, pressed down and running over.
Find something to do and God will bless you hand work and you will prosper in Jesus name, AMEN!!!
SUNDAY II…14TH AUGUST
THE LORD WAS WITH JOSEPH

Genesis 39:1-4, Psalm 102:13 and Genesis 26:12-16 are the supporting text
It’s my prayer that by the end of this year, the Lord will be with you as He was with Joseph.
God granted Joseph divine favour.
We do not beg or force for divine favour. Living and being obedient to God will grant you divine favour. If the favour of the Lord is you, difficult things become simple and easy for you.
A lot of people get VISA to travel outside their country without even having any qualification for that. Just be obedient and live obediently and the favour will be yours.
You sometimes do good to people and do not understand why you did to such people or person.
Psalm 102:13 tells that the appointed has come and therefore we need to receive the favour.
There are scholarships, positions, etc that you get because of the favour you have gotten.
Genesis 26:16….Joseph was so prosperous and powerful to handle because he was obedient to God. Isaac obeyed God and God blessed him.
When you see people being prosperous, you wonder how but do not ask what they did, the seed he / she sew. He prospered, continued to prosper until he was prosperous (Joseph).
You need to forsake some things to receive the divine favour of God.
Joseph became so brave not to sin against God through sleeping with Potiphah and he was made great and prosperous. Do not do things that will bring disgrace, deception and shyness to others (family/relatives).
Genesis 39:29…and the Lord was merciful with Joseph. I would like to assure you that if Joseph obeyed the Lord and did not sin and received the favour from God, He will be with you too and give you His divine favour in Jesus name, AMEN!!!
SUNDAY I… 7TH AUGUST
BECOMING A FRIEND OF GOD

I believe you have heard that Moses and Abraham were friends of God?
How come a mere mortal man be a friend of God a spirit?
God wanted friendship with Adam and Eve forever, but they sinned to separate their friendship with God.
Take God as a friend and you would never regret ever.
We did not have any friendship with God, but according to Romans 5:10 – 11, Jesus has reconciled us unto God.
We have a song: “WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS”
Jesus has now reconciled us with God since the break by Adam and Eve.
HOW CAN ONE BECOME A FRIEND OF GOD?
- By talking to Him by prayer. Making up your mind that the presence of God is in you assures your friendship with God. Therefore you know that God is with you everywhere you go and can therefore talk with Him anytime, not only the church that we can talk to God. E.g. God I k now you are in control, Oh God you are wonderful, God you are with me and I know that, I love you God, Please help me God; are all examples of short prayers that build our friendship and communication with God. It is not a matter of praying three (3) hours or otherwise but anytime is God’s time. Therefore five (5) seconds prayer can do, and as you do that God will show you a lot of secret and you will be His friend.
- By meditation. Meditate about Him, His word. If you study the Bible, you would know that all those who meditated on God and His word were all very successful.
